Each compound ingredient (tofu, tamari, the rub) shows its own ingredients from its label. Whether added water that dries off is listed, the exact cottage-food statement, and whether a product may be sold from a home kitchen at all are rules to check with your state, or in the UK your council (register at least 28 days before you trade; food prepacked for direct sale lists every ingredient with the 14 allergens emphasized). The word "vegan" has no US legal definition: be ready to say what you mean by it.
